About The Position

The incumbent applies comprehensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition solutions and processes to lead the design, development and evolution of TA platforms that are scalable, reliable, and aligned to end user needs. They create and execute the TA platforms roadmap, define and refine requirements, guide platform architecture and integration decisions, and ensure that solutions meet PepsiCo's technical, data, security, and process standards. The role independently executes and facilitates complex initiatives, coordinates testing and release activities, and formulates best practices for how TA platforms are configured, tested, documented, and used. It collaborates with HR, TA, People Solutions, IT and vendor teams, and may mentor and/or manage junior associates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources
  • 5-7+ years of experience in TA SaaS systems (ATS, HCM, Scheduling Tools etc.)
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
  • Experience in documentation and revising remediation processes and procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate, establish and maintain credible and influential relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize and anticipate issues as well as to make connections on different issues
  • Strong Detailed-oriented skills
  • Capability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language according to their audience
  • High stress tolerance

Responsibilities

  • TA Platform Roadmap & Requirements Define and maintain the TA platforms roadmap within assigned scope, aligning to HR/TA strategy and Enterprise Platforms and Solutions standards; lead the intake, clarification and refinement of business and technical requirements for TA platform changes.
  • Solution Design & Platform Architecture Design and oversee scalable platform components and configurations (workflows, data structures, integrations) for TA solutions, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, user needs, and enterprise architecture/guardrails.
  • Cross Domain Integration & Collaboration Collaborate with cross domain teams (HR/TA, People Solutions, IT, Security, Analytics) to ensure TA platform architecture supports integration with core HR, downstream systems and third party services, and to resolve complex design and operational issues.
  • Testing, Release & Environment Management Lead or coordinate testing efforts for new TA platform releases and changes (SIT/UAT, regression), ensuring comprehensive test coverage and readiness of environments; support release planning and execution in line with enterprise practices.
  • Best Practices, Standards & Documentation Formulate and maintain best practices for TA platform development and configuration, including configuration/coding standards (where relevant), testing protocols, documentation and runbooks; ensure high quality technical and user documentation is created and maintained.
  • Training Materials & Effective Utilization Review and finalize materials used to train end users on new platform features and processes, championing user understanding and effective system utilization to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Risk & Operational Excellence Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions related to TA platforms and integrations; use metrics and incident trends to drive continuous improvement in stability, performance, and user experience.
  • Leadership & Mentoring Provide guidance and day to day direction to junior associates and matrixed resources in Monterrey, ensuring that Enterprise Platforms and Solutions standards of excellence are met and that work is completed accurately, on time and in line with governance

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
