Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivery of the agreed end-to-end recruitment process for open roles.
  • Researches and executes appropriate recruitment strategies within agreed upon timelines.
  • Develops and manages candidate pipelines for business critical roles.
  • Provides input into the development and improvement of recruitment and selection processes and systems.
  • Evaluates and understands client business needs to support guidance and advice to hiring leads on recruitment and selection, process and procedures, and timetable for activities.
  • Utilises the global recruitment system(s) in accordance with end to end recruitment activities and processes, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of data to facilitate reporting.
  • Coordinates and books interviews/site visits with candidates and hiring managers, including rooms, travel, accommodation and car hire.
  • Conducts onboarding and offer process.
