We’re hiring a T3 Systems Administrator I to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As a T3 Systems Administrator I, you will be at the forefront of engineering innovative technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve our internal and external services. You will leverage your software development, systems integration, and automation expertise to deliver robust technical projects and support our business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development, system administration, or technical project management.
  • Experience with automation tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across different teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant CRMs (Hubspot, for example)
  • Associated degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in system administration.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or certifications in software engineering, systems engineering, or project management.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for HubSpot including but not limited to the functions, user permissions, develop HubSpot process for single and multi-team operations, assist in developing and training materials.
  • Understand, document, enhance and maintain automations to support the T3 business
  • Build reports, ensure data is accurate, maintain dashboards and maintain HubSpot account changes for accurate reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits related to compliance.
  • Be an expert in process improvement
  • Design, develop, and implement internal software solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage API implementations and integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between our internal systems.
  • Develop automation strategies for internal systems supporting various Teams (T3 Sales, T3 Billing, T3 Support)
  • Provide technical support guiding the phases of project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
  • Ensure that technical projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Provide technical support on new systems, features, and functionalities.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides for internal software applications.
