We're hiring a T3 Manager of Sales Enablement at our facility in Kansas City, KS and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As the T3 Manager of Sales Enablement you will lead a growing team of Sales Enablement Specialists within the T3 organization. Work closely with Channel Sales, Direct T3 Sales Managers, and other stakeholders across EquipmentShare to drive expansion of the T3 national footprint. Why EquipmentShare? Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
  • Technically proficient and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot for outbound prospecting, including sequence design, execution, and optimization.
  • 10% travel required.

Nice To Haves

  • Telematics experience preferred.
  • SaaS management or team leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Sales Enablement Specialists continuously improve performance and abilities through coaching, training, and recurring weekly 1:1s.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs that balance volume with quality in pipeline creation and qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales and T3 Leadership to refine opportunity management, lead qualification, and handoff processes.
  • Maintain effective outreach sequences for all territories to ensure consistent prospecting coverage.
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment against goals.
  • Partner with internal T3 teams to stay current on industry trends and represent the "voice of the customer."
  • Lead conversations with both prospects and customers, positioning T3 as the superior solution.
