Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years of data reporting and analysis experience and three (3) years of claims management or insurance experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Responsibilities

  • Compiles data, writes, prepares and distributes reports.
  • Analyzes report data and identifies trends or needs; makes recommendations to enhance processes or procedures.
  • Trains local and regional colleagues and clients on utilization of claims management system and other client system products.
  • Supports colleagues on claims management system.
  • Ensures data integrity by creating and analyzing reports through the claims management system and other client system analysis for clients and company managers.
  • Works with implementation group during client setup and establishes customized parameters to meet client needs; modifies client parameters.
  • Acts as a resource for other local and regional colleagues responsible for training, supporting and maintaining the claims management system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
