The Systems Training and User Support Senior Consultant will join a dynamic team supporting a global implementation of an IT system at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will assist with the deployment, user support, and training for end-users of a global IT system. Day to day responsibilities may include: Creating training materials to include manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises to educate users on system functionalities Conducting training sessions for different user groups, addressing user needs, and answering questions about the system Providing troubleshooting assistance to users during implementation phase and addressing any post-deployment issues
