About The Position
Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Senior Computer User Support Specialist to oversee escalated user support and provide leadership to help desk teams supporting 24x7x365 operations, incident management, training, and documentation tasks for a Military Customer.
Requirements
- 4+ years tech/user support experience
- Experience supporting or leading service desk/process improvement in military settings
- Ability to achieve a SECRET clearance
