About The Position
HII Unmanned Systems (HII UxS) are seeking an Integration and Test engineer for its USV programs. As an I&T engineer on a USV program, you will be part of an interdisciplinary approach to a variety of efforts relating to the technical planning of the integration and test effort, system integration, verification and validation, and supportability for autonomous surface vessels. This person will work closely with the project team to transfer product definitions into verifiable requirements and specifications that result in a robot designed for manufacturing, cost, and customer satisfaction, and works closely with the Operations team to validate system performance. What you will do!Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
Requirements
- 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
- Experience following test cases
- Experience completeting test reports
- Experience working in a maritime environment
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance #LI-MH1
