About The Position

The P&C Systems Support Specialist provides comprehensive, collaborative support to the P&C Operations team, with a primary focus on download, suspense, and Applied Epic migrations. This role facilitates seamless integration into the OneDigital Applied Epic environment, data integrity, system configuration, and operational excellence across the Property & Casualty (P&C) Practice. The P&C Systems Support Specialist acts as a bridge between many teams, ensuring efficient processes, accurate data management, and high service standards.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years experience in Applied Epic, CSR24, Indio, and Applied Epic Quotes for PL strongly preferred.
  • Related Agency Management System knowledge preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred; or 1-2 years of relevant P&C experience required.
  • Active P&C license in home state preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ticket Resolution: Resolve Applied Epic support tickets, providing technical expertise and timely solutions.
  • Service Standards: Maintain the highest level of service, professionalism, and accuracy in all support activities.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Download Suspense Processing: Process suspense items in Applied Epic, ensuring timely and accurate handling of transactions and resolving related issues.
  • Migration Project Support: Assist with integration support, system configuration, and download/interface management for migrations, including advanced scheduling of recurring and non-recurring meetings to meet the project deadlines.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas, update presentations and other meeting deliverables.
  • Participate and support in meetings, keeping on time and on topic, taking detailed notes and actions; following up with meeting highlights and agreed actions items.
  • Migration Data Integrity & Cleanup: Assist with data review and cleanup during the migration process to Applied Epic and ancillary systems (CSR24, Indio, Applied Epic Quotes) for newly acquired agencies.
  • Support data validation, discrepancy reporting and resolution – before, during, and after the Applied Epic migration.
  • User Management & Security: Manage user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, termination, account reassignments, and access provisioning for all P&C systems.
  • Maintain security groups and user access, updating as needed.
  • Operational & Technical Assistance: Support cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, Finance, Licensing, and Learning & Development teams, as well as local team members and external stakeholders.
  • Training & Enablement: Support training initiatives for agency staff and new users, reinforcing best practices and system usage.
  • Help document and update standard operating procedures for migration, integration, and operational processes.
  • Process Optimization & Review: Participate in regular reviews of migration, integration, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Assist with data cleanup projects (e.g., Book of Business analysis).
