About The Position

Systems Specialist: The Systems Specialist will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing TAS’s internal systems to support accurate contract lifecycle tracking, automated communications, and efficient operational workflows. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, timely notifications, and streamlined processes across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, a process-driven mindset, and experience enhancing business systems within a fast-paced industrial or service-oriented environment.   • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, business systems analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience with ERP platforms, preferably Acumatica.
  • Strong understanding of workflow mapping, system configuration, and process improvement.
  • Proven track record in developing automated communications, system-based notifications, or lifecycle tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Redevelop and maintain systems to track the complete contract lifecycle, including execution, active status, renewal timelines, and rate management.
  • Build automated notifications and reporting to alert internal teams of renewals, expirations, rate changes, and key contractual milestones.
  • Automate distribution of system-generated information to clients and internal personnel regarding price adjustments, changes in business information, and expiring agreements.
  • Create, document, and implement program policies, workflows, and process standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across system functions.
  • Maximize efficiencies within Acumatica by identifying gaps, configuring modules, improving data flows, and recommending enhancements aligned with business needs.
  • Serve as the liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure workflows support program requirements, contractual obligations, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support system adoption.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity within all systems.
  • Train personnel on new processes, tools, and system enhancements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
