What You Get to Do: As a Sequoia One Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and support of Sequoia One 's HRIS technology platform. A primary focus will be to ensure our clients and internal teams have a positive technology experience with our third-party technology provider, PrismHR. Responsibilities

Responsible for the ongoing management and support of Sequoia One 's HRIS technology platform.
Ensure our clients and internal teams have a positive technology experience with our third-party technology provider, PrismHR.
Work with our internal teams to define and enable HRIS features that allow our high-growth technology PEO clients to accelerate their business
Manage our internal case management system by providing high-quality support in triaging cases and escalating to our technology team and/or to our partner, PrismHR, when a situation requires their assistance
Work cross functionally with internal teams to identify system and process improvements
Create and maintain applicable systems documentation
