About The Position

The ideal candidate is someone who understands mainframes as well as systems programming. This position will be ideal for someone who wants to grow their career and advance as a systems programmer! If you have knowledge of z/os mainframes - that is a bonus!

Requirements

• z/OS
• ibm z/os operating systems
• zSeries
• CICS
• DB2
• Linux
• Thorough knowledge of the design, programming, installation, and maintenance of computer software, training techniques, and the establishment of software standards.
• Experience with zSeries software including z/OS, CICS, and DB2.
• Experience working with and administering Linux systems on Z (z/VM & KVM).
• Ability to plan and use time wisely.
• Ability to communicate, solve problems, and write clear instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge or experience with AT-TLS is beneficial.
• Knowledge or experience with BMC Control-M is beneficial.
