About The Position

Global Operations (GO) Systems is a horizontal team serving GO accountable for delivery of systems and tooling strategies. GO Systems combines expertise in our products with operational, analytical, and technical skills to design and manage scalable processes. This work is enabled by a team of Systems Program Managers accountable for delivery across one of the following categories of jobs to be done: workflow design and management, workflow execution (production), and implementing tooling changes into Operations. The ideal candidate has experience working at the nexus of product (engineering) and operations (integrity, support, or annotations functions). This individual is versed with the hands-on technical side of tooling (e.g., completing configurations, investigating tooling bugs, and conducting testing) while also excelling at interpersonal relationships, Cross Functional Partner management, and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • Technical background—Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML concepts and solutions, including familiarity with integrating AI into business processes and tooling
  • Demonstrated experience to drive workforce or business transformation through technology, including designing and implementing scalable systems and tools
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and aligning multiple teams across engineering, product, and operations
  • Communication and executive presence, with the demonstrated experience to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using data to assess, analyze, and resolve issues, and to measure program impact
  • Experience working in time sensitive, ambiguous environments, with a focus on prioritization, adaptability, and deliver results

Responsibilities

  • Own a program charter for AI transformation, ensuring rapid prototyping, testing, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that address current and emerging business needs
  • Identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact opportunities for automation and AI enablement across International Organization for Standardization (ISO) & Global Risk Operations (GRO), balancing immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science teams to ensure AI development, deployment, and workforce transformation strategies are cohesive and actionable
  • Communicate program strategy, progress, and outcomes to organizational leadership (Director/Vice President) and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, buy-in, and alignment with Meta’s broader AI and operations strategy
  • Establish and track success metrics for transformation programs, using data-driven insights to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact
  • Champion change management and upskilling efforts to ensure operational teams are equipped to thrive in an AI-first environment, including training, documentation, and support
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader on AI and workforce transformation, providing guidance on best practices, risk management, and feasibility considerations
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement by piloting new technologies, gathering feedback, and iterating on solutions to maximize value for GO
