Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 2+ years of experience in systems engineering or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in systems modeling tools and methodologies, including MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Experience with electromechanical systems and their applications in aerospace.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Engineering degrees such as MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in leading complex engineering projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace applications.
  • Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
