Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 2+ years of experience in systems engineering or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in systems modeling tools and methodologies, including MATLAB and Simulink.
- Experience with electromechanical systems and their applications in aerospace.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Engineering degrees such as MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in leading complex engineering projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace applications.
- Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
