About The Position

Do you have a talent for aligning complex systems so they work together seamlessly? Join PEMCCO as a Systems Engineering Lead, where you'll guide systems engineering planning and technical integration for mission-critical capabilities. In this role, you'll ensure requirements are fully traceable, interfaces are well-controlled, and solutions remain interoperable across the enterprise, all while advancing digital engineering practices and Zero-Trust Architecture principles to strengthen overall mission performance. Requirements

  • Expertise in systems integration and digital engineering concepts.
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
  • Effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's in Systems or Electrical Engineering.
  • Ten (10)+ years DoD systems engineering experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • INCOSE CSEP/ESEP or Master's in Engineering Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs).
  • Perform requirements analysis, allocation, and verification.
  • Lead AoA and trade studies to inform technical decisions.
  • Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo or DOORS.
  • Coordinate with DevSecOps for continuous integration and testing.
  • Facilitate technical reviews and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
  • Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 and DIA engineering standards.
  • Support test readiness reviews and mission acceptance tests.
