What you’ll do: System Design and Architecture: Design and create scalable, high-performance, and reliable system architectures and platforms. Requirements Analysis and Integration: Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration of system components. Technical Leadership and Collaboration: Provide guidance to development teams, align technical solutions with business objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders. Performance, Reliability, and Troubleshooting: Conduct performance and reliability analysis, and resolve system issues and bottlenecks. Documentation, Security, and Continuous Improvement: Maintain detailed system documentation, ensure security and compliance, and stay updated with industry trends for ongoing improvement. What you’ll need: As a Lead Systems Engineering, you will be responsible for creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Designs systems and platforms for large complex projects that have multiple system interdependencies. Design applications, platforms or services by translating core business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, ensuring functional, performance, and reliability through hands-on system design, technical enablement, and strategic decision-making across platform, network, software, and cloud environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science preferred.
