About The Position

As a systems engineer for the System Test team, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team that will work to analyze, develop and test GDMS systems to ensure the integration of software, hardware, reliability, maintainability, safety and other requirements in the total engineering effort. Other responsibilities include data analysis, troubleshooting various issues/failures of equipment and formulating solutions to said issues. These individuals will need to have strong communications within a functional team as well as the ability to communicate with various levels of management/clients/customers. These individuals may also be asked to document troubleshooting plans on both new and fielded systems and/or provide evaluation and test support to ensure all technical features are functioning properly. A basic understanding of electrical diagrams as well as physics is beneficial in this role as well. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevent experience; or a Master's degree, plus 6 months of relevant experience.
  • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
