About The Position

The Endpoint Engineer is an established performer that is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing endpoint devices across the organization to ensure a secure and efficient user experience. This role focuses on deploying endpoint solutions, resolving technical issues, and supporting endpoint-related projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principals, industry practices and standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite of products.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and supports endpoint management systems, including device imaging, patching, and software deployment.
  • Monitors device compliance, security, and performance across all endpoints (Windows, macOS, mobile).
  • Collaborates with IT teams to test, evaluate, and deploy endpoint software and hardware solutions.
  • Implements configuration policies using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
  • Develops and updates documentation related to endpoint configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provides technical support to end users and escalates issues as needed.
  • Assists in endpoint security initiatives, including antivirus, encryption, and device compliance monitoring.
  • Participates in endpoint lifecycle management, including asset tracking, refresh cycles, and disposal processes.
  • Supports endpoint-related projects and contributes to continuous improvement of IT services.
  • Works on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
  • Performs accurate analyses, conducts research, and draws meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
  • Draws from prior experience, interprets facts, and identifies incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.
  • Uses innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
  • Effectively applies functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.
  • Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues.
  • Performs other duties as needed.
