About The Position

The Endpoint Engineer is an established performer that is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing endpoint devices across the organization to ensure a secure and efficient user experience. This role focuses on deploying endpoint solutions, resolving technical issues, and supporting endpoint-related projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principals, industry practices and standards.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
Proficient using Microsoft Suite of products.

Responsibilities

Maintains and supports endpoint management systems, including device imaging, patching, and software deployment.
Monitors device compliance, security, and performance across all endpoints (Windows, macOS, mobile).
Collaborates with IT teams to test, evaluate, and deploy endpoint software and hardware solutions.
Implements configuration policies using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent.
Troubleshoots and resolves endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
Develops and updates documentation related to endpoint configurations, policies, and procedures.
Provides technical support to end users and escalates issues as needed.
Assists in endpoint security initiatives, including antivirus, encryption, and device compliance monitoring.
Participates in endpoint lifecycle management, including asset tracking, refresh cycles, and disposal processes.
Supports endpoint-related projects and contributes to continuous improvement of IT services.
Works on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
Performs accurate analyses, conducts research, and draws meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
Draws from prior experience, interprets facts, and identifies incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.
Uses innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
Effectively applies functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.
Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues.
