This position will provide operational systems engineering and sustainment support for the Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Command and Control (C2) Family of Systems (FoS), including Mobility Air Forces Automated Flight Planning Service (MAFPS), Global Decision Support System (GDSS), Consolidated Air Mobility Planning System (CAMPS), and Mobility Enterprise Information Services (MEIS), mission‑critical capabilities supporting Air Mobility Command (AMC) global operations. This role focuses on platform reliability, system availability, security compliance, and operational performance of MAF C2 cloud-based environments. The engineer applies systems engineering principles in an operations‑centric environment utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) best practices, bridging system administration, sustainment engineering, cybersecurity compliance, and mission support. The position works closely with government stakeholders, system administrators, cybersecurity teams, and program management offices to ensure MAF C2 capabilities are reliable, secure, and continuously available to global users.
