About The Position

As a U-2 Degrader Action Cell Lead (DAC) - Level 4, you will be responsible for collaborating across engineering, logistics, and program teams to implement strategic actions that enhance fleet availability and reduce life cycle costs.

Requirements

• Must hold a Final DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years prior to start.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent technical education and/or aircraft experience.
• Demonstrated use and understanding of Project Management and/or technical skills to lead and conduct analysis of complex sustainment/engineering/supply chain issues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet program or project schedule milestones.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with aircraft platforms preferred not required.
• Experience with Root Cause, Corrective Actions (Six Sigma), or similar and performing analysis based on findings.
• Understanding of Aircraft performance metrics, Supply status reporting and parts performance indicators (Production/Maintenance Control).
• Experience with analysis tools, SFM, SAP, data management, or comparative analysis.
• Proficient with work flow management tools (Jira, Confluence, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional projects focused on sustainment improvements and cost-reduction initiatives for the U-2 fleet.
• Investigating and analyzing performance degraders, supply chain posture, and maintenance practices to recommend actionable solutions.
• Supporting the development and optimization of maintenance plans, including updates to existing procedures and documentation.
• Driving project lifecycles end-to-end - from identification and triage, through solution development, implementation, and closure.
• Preparing and delivering high-level briefings to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Clearly communicating technical analysis, project impacts, associated risks, and expected efficiencies.
