You will be technical lead of the System Product Anomaly Reports (SPAR) Board for the F-35 SEIT (Systems Engineering Integration and Testing) Technical Management Team. What You Will Be Doing: As the F-35 Systems Engineering SPAR Board Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating all things defects for the F-35 Program. Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing defects aka System Product Anomaly Reports (SPARs) and coordinating with other teams to resolve hardware, software and/or simulation issues Ensuring defects are in the correct status and updated in the tool (i.e. Jira) Driving defects to closure with emphasis on high priority defects Publishing defect metrics and reporting status to external teams Decomposing system level requirements into detail requirements to support test stations.
