You will be the Systems Engineer Sr - Skunk Works for the Automated Test Team which is responsible for the integration and test of software products in a laboratory environment. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer Sr - Skunk Works you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end automated test solutions that validate aviation‑system software, from hardware‑in‑the‑loop simulations to system‑level health diagnostics. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining automated testing infrastructure and software test harnesses using Red Hat Linux, Ansible, Cucumber, and GitLab. Integrating COTS and Lockheed‑Martin automation tools into the test environment and ensuring they operate on air‑gapped (classified) networks. Collaborating with customers and internal decision‑makers to translate requirements into test automation strategies. Providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineers, guiding rapid implementation of test solutions. Continuously acquiring new technical skills and applying them to emerging challenges.
