In this role, you will participate in the development of reliability algorithms, specifications, failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), reliability predictions and failure analysis, root cause and corrective action. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of data analytics to trend field data and supplier repair data, calculating and tracking aircraft performance metrics, and recommending improvements to team processes and procedures. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aeronautical, industrial, or systems engineering or related technical discipline in-work.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong math background, with emphasis on data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications a plus.
  • Coursework or experience with applying statistical methods to analyze time series data including design of experiments, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • Coursework or experience in using software, databases, and/or visualizations (Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Python, MS Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/Oracle).
  • Coursework or experience in formal presentation development, PowerPoint construct and delivery, and working in a team environment.
