We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally. The Systems & Infrastructure Engineer II supports the reliability, availability, and operational excellence of enterprise conference room and collaboration technologies. This role focuses on day-to-day service delivery, incident response, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless in-person and hybrid meeting experiences across corporate campuses. What you'll do... Service Delivery & Operations Support the operational health of conference room and collaboration technologies, ensuring systems are stable, monitored, and meeting defined SLAs. Incident & Problem Management Respond to and triage room technology incidents, perform root cause analysis, and partner with vendors and internal teams to drive timely resolution. Monitoring, Telemetry & Automation Leverage telemetry platforms and monitoring tools to proactively identify issues, reduce MTTR, and support automated recovery and self-healing workflows. Room Readiness & Validation Execute room readiness checks, post-deployment validation, and configuration audits to ensure rooms are correctly provisioned and performing as expected. Operational Documentation & Continuous Improvement Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation while identifying opportunities to standardize and improve service delivery processes. Requirements

  • Systems & Infrastructure Experience: 3–6 years supporting enterprise infrastructure, AV/UC systems, or end-user compute environments
  • Operational Mindset: Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and working in ITIL-aligned service models
  • Technical Foundations: Knowledge of networking fundamentals, device management, endpoint monitoring, and enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, room systems)
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues across hardware, software, and network layers and drive issues to resolution
  • Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working across support, engineering, vendors, and facilities teams
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area.
  • Option 2: 3 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operational health of conference room and collaboration technologies, ensuring systems are stable, monitored, and meeting defined SLAs.
  • Respond to and triage room technology incidents, perform root cause analysis, and partner with vendors and internal teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Leverage telemetry platforms and monitoring tools to proactively identify issues, reduce MTTR, and support automated recovery and self-healing workflows.
  • Execute room readiness checks, post-deployment validation, and configuration audits to ensure rooms are correctly provisioned and performing as expected.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation while identifying opportunities to standardize and improve service delivery processes.
