About The Position

We are seeking an Systems and AI Associate to support the day-to-day technology needs of our office and manufacturing teams. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong fundamentals and at least one internship, who is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. You will own core IT support and infrastructure tasks—ensuring our team can operate efficiently—while also gaining exposure to more advanced systems, including our MRP (Epicor Kinetic) and CRM (HubSpot) platforms. A key part of the role is to ensure we are getting high utility from our ERP systems and ensure consistent data integrity across all applications. The successful candidate will also help the teams at Gratz scale in their use of AI tools in service, marketing, finance and manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internship required)
  • Interest in supporting both business systems and physical operations
  • Comfortable with Windows and familiar with macOS environments.
  • General networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, troubleshooting)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and optionally Google Workspace
  • Solid understanding of hardware, devices, and IT troubleshooting

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to ERP systems (Epicor or similar) or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Programming/ scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or other languages)
  • Interest in automation, system integrations, and APIs
  • Familiar with AI tools
  • Familiarity with Linux.

Responsibilities

  • Daily IT Support (Office + Manufacturing Floor)
  • Provide responsive, hands-on IT support to employees across office and production environments
  • Set up and maintain laptops, workstations, printers, tablets, and shop-floor devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, network access)
  • Support shared workstations and devices used in production and shipping areas
  • Assist employees with day-to-day technology needs in a clear, approachable way
  • User & Device Management
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding (device setup, access provisioning, documentation)
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle tracking
  • Ensure devices are updated, secure, and functioning reliably
  • Infrastructure & Security Support
  • Assist in maintaining a hybrid environment (cloud + on-premise systems)
  • Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity across the facility
  • Help enforce security best practices (MFA, password policies, endpoint protection)
  • Monitor systems and escalate issues as needed
  • ERP & CRM Support (Growth Area)
  • Assist with user support and troubleshooting in Epicor (MRP, ERP) and HubSpot (CRM)
  • Help with data entry, cleanup, and validation during system rollout
  • Support testing of workflows and basic system configurations
  • Work alongside senior IT to understand how manufacturing, inventory, and sales systems connect
  • AI tools Planning and Support
  • Help identify the best AI tools for each of our teams at Gratz from Manufacturing to Marketing
  • Ensure successful implementation of these tools across groups
  • Helping teams create, utilize and safely maintain AI agents in our work processes
  • Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Document IT processes, setup guides, and troubleshooting steps
  • Help standardize workflows and improve internal efficiency
  • Identify small improvements that reduce friction for the team
