Contract opening for a Systems Analyst with marketing decisioning and analytics experience, in support of a leading financial services customer, to develop and execute targeted strategies and marketing campaigns across channels enabled by Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) . Build, launch, and optimize Next Best Action campaigns across inbound and outbound channels through member profiling, experimentation, and performance analysis. The role owns the day-to-day campaign operations lifecycle—from requirements and approvals through QA/testing, deployment, and post launch monitoring and issue resolution. The analyst will partner with marketing product strategists, business stakeholders, compliance, and cross-functional agile teams to achieve positive member experience and business outcomes.
