About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III with a strong Scrum Master background to support enterprise-level application development and data initiatives. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can bridge business and technical teams, facilitate Agile delivery, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Agile methodologies, systems analysis, and enterprise IT environments, with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives while aligning delivery to organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams
  • 8+ years facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint execution
  • Proven ability to identify and remove delivery impediments
  • Strong experience coaching Agile teams on best practices and performance improvement
  • Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira
  • Ability to track and report on sprint metrics, velocity, and team performance
  • Experience working in large-scale or enterprise IT environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting state or government technology projects
  • Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business objectives, workflows, and system requirements to recommend effective technology solutions
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for system enhancements or new implementations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Evaluate system capabilities, constraints, and performance to determine solution viability
  • Develop detailed documentation including user requirements, process flows, and system specifications
  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering application, data, and modernization initiatives
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure consistent team velocity and delivery
  • Promote transparency, collaboration, and alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Support reporting on sprint metrics, velocity, and overall delivery progress using Agile tools
