This position is for a Systems Analyst II who will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & 2 support for end-user and system issues across Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms, administering Microsoft 365 services, managing devices with Microsoft Intune, and performing laptop lifecycle support. The role also involves supporting Active Directory and Azure AD, troubleshooting various technical issues, tracking incidents in Jira, participating in Agile initiatives, and creating technical documentation.
