Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years’ experience
  • Strong organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office Products, and Solumina preferred
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbal and written and be able to work independently
  • Good problem-solving skills, extensive SAP experience, and the ability to multitask are preferred
  • Sight: must be able to regularly read computer screen, reports, and various documents with detail and clarity to accomplish work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, including regular use of adequate close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Hearing: must be able to regularly hear well enough to communicate

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office Products, and Solumina preferred
  • Good problem-solving skills, extensive SAP experience, and the ability to multitask are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Use SAP to create Purchase Requisitions
  • Change Management and Tracking Support - Engineering Change, Supplier Process Change, Supplier Resource Change
  • Analyze count data and investigate root causes for inventory discrepancies. This may include researching transaction history, material master set up, and asking questions out on the production floor.
  • Production order and Routing maintenance as it pertains to inventory
  • Monitor ZEWM, correct issues, and clear errors.
  • Drive for continual improvement of processes to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with Inventory Control team
