This position is customer‑focused technology professional responsible for assessing, designing, and improving IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) systems to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and support business systems and applications within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Generally, a minimum of three (3) years of experience analyzing, implementing and developing systems and applications, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Generally, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in technology related systems support.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CRM, etc.) related projects.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and database management.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal business units to understand business requirements and support the design, delivery, and support of production and distribution systems.
  • Understanding of project and change management methodologies.
  • Vendor management and third‑party coordination experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
  • Self‑directed and capable of managing work efforts independently, including coordinating cross‑functional activities with minimal oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Infor M3 ERP and QAD Redzone highly preferred
  • Experience in FDA regulated CFR 21 Part 11 compliant environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing IT and OT business systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and internal or external development teams to ensure system designs and solutions meet internal business needs and functional requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of business applications, reports, and system integrations through system configuration, testing, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business and functional requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Document analysis results and end‑to‑end workflows and obtain formal sign‑off from appropriate business stakeholders.
  • Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios.
  • Coordinate with business units to support testing, validation, and evaluation of new applications and system functionality, and to identify and resolve service or software issues.
  • Support change request analysis by assessing business impact, updating documentation, and coordinating with project stakeholders.
  • In the absence of incumbent, the direct supervisor will act as designee.
  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance on a full‑time basis.
  • Exhibit professional behavior with internal and external business associates, representing the company positively and in alignment with policies and practices.
