The Systems Analyst II plans and configures low- to moderate-complexity software systems to support the administrative function of the University under moderate supervision. This may include departmental and moderately critical applications. Assists in the development of processes. Creates workflows. Installs, configures, supports, and maintains integrations for vendor-supplied software systems. Works on a team and collaborates with specific departments, colleges, and customers around campus. Supports their needs, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and responding to their questions and concerns in a timely manner. May provide guidance and training to entry-level Systems Analysts.
