The College of Veterinary Medicine IT Services team is seeking a Systems Analyst II to support and enhance technology systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced systems analyst with hands‑on expertise in Windows and Apple environments, endpoint management, desktop support, and collaborative problem‑solving within a complex organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage Windows and Apple infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, and research systems, ensuring stability, performance, and timely updates. Administer Windows devices using MECM and Apple devices using JAMF Pro, maintaining consistency across deployed systems. Coordinate technology lifecycle planning, including equipment rotation, inventory management, and operating system upgrades. Support the student one‑to‑one computing program and provide desktop support across the college. Collaborate with faculty, staff, leadership, and central IT partners on projects, procurement, onboarding, and process improvements. Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and contribute to strategic IT planning initiatives.
