About The Position

The HRIS Analyst has primary responsibility for maintaining the Human Resource Information Systems (i.e. ADP, Kronos) supported by HR. Manages the implementation of software upgrades ensuring system integrity. Analyzes and determines system requirements information requirements and assist with the design, modification and implementation of new or modified systems designed to meet business needs. Updates and trains system users on functionality needed to perform their job functions. Primary contact for end-user questions related to systems. Responsible for developing and maintaining human resources related reports and responding to a variety of data requests from across the organization. Resolves system processing issues and identifies process enhancements required to improve operational efficiencies. Ensures the HRIS supports CaroMont Health#s needs in providing information, tools and resources to our customers. Coordinates the implementation of new systems such as the payroll system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor#s Degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Two years of progressive responsibility in healthcare operations and/or human resources required.
  • Advanced proficiency in excel required (i.e. functionality such as v-lookups and pivot tables)
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects and priorities, including day-to-day system administrative reports, data extracts/files for vendors and support services.
  • Experience in HRIS conversion/system implementation is required.

Nice To Haves

  • proficiency with macros is preferred
  • Strongly prefer candidates with system administration experience in Kronos, ADP, or Infor.
