About The Position
The ERP Systems & Oracle HCM Analyst (HRIS Testing & Integration Lead) serves as the technical and functional expert supporting Events DC’s enterprise Human Resources systems primarily Oracle Fusion HCM and UKG with a focus on system configuration, test script development, validation, and data integrity. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR ERP & Systems Integration, this role is responsible for ensuring that HR processes, integrations, and system enhancements operate effectively across the organization. The incumbent leads testing cycles, supports functional configuration, and collaborates with HRC Teams, TMD, and FMD to maintain seamless ERP and HRIS performance. This position requires a strong blend of technical capability, functional HR knowledge, and hands-on ERP testing experience, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams. Seeking candidates who are local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area (DC, Maryland, or Virginia).
