About The Position

Under direct supervision, analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devises computer systems to process data. Responsibilities Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for systems solutions. Prepares detailed program specifications and flowcharts. Coordinates the system's installation with the user department to ensuring satisfactory results. Configures, maintains, monitors and troubleshoots systems. Communicates changes and provides quality assurance checks to ensure that standard practices are followed. Provides operational and project management support to include troubleshooting as needed. Tests applications and components and contributes to test plan development. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work on most phases of systems analysis, and learn and support new systems.
• Ability to obtain business requirements and translate into detailed specifications.
• Technical writing skills and ability to document simple and complex processes with technical flow charts.
• Proficient skills in project support, situational analysis, research, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• EXPERIENCE: One (1) year professional experience is required.
