User Support: Provides end user support with their desktop, laptop, printer, phone, and mobile device solutions, system configuration, and training. Solves end user inquiries that arise during day-to-day use of computer systems, phones, and mobile devices. Oversees software updates for all desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Installs, tests, implements and supports end-user software. Manages enterprise printing and imaging contracts and vendors. Provides Help Desk phone support to end users and coordinates and oversees end user requests for non-local IT assistance via the Helix and Watchtower ticket systems. Hardware Support: Provides end user support of desktop computing and operating system software to large customer base. Responsible for workstation asset management including: Weekly on-call rotation for IT support of facility is required.
