Foxhole Technology is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a team of information assurance professionals supporting a critical Government program. This role involves managing daily system administration tasks, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring security compliance. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-security environment.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance with Eligibility for TS
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator supporting Windows and Linux
  • Current DoD 8140/(8570) IAT Level II approved certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+ CE)
  • Provide administration and maintenance of RHEL Linux-based servers, ensuring system reliability and uptime
  • Support enterprise-level services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  • Implement system updates, patches, and antivirus measures in accordance with DoD STIGs and IAVM policies
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions following established security standards
  • Contribute to the deployment and oversight of RMF-compliant security controls
  • Assist with documentation and sustainment of ATO/IATT packages and eMASS entries
  • Perform system monitoring, log analysis and root cause troubleshooting of hardware/software issues
  • Maintain detailed records of configurations, system changes, and procedures
  • Support regular data backup and restoration processes
  • Operate and maintain cybersecurity tools such as HBSS, ACAS, and SIEM platforms
  • Collaborate with IT teams across networking, cybersecurity, and support desks to ensure secure, compliant system functionality
