We are currently seeking a hardworking Customer Support Specialist for our Herndon VA location. This individual will aid customers with program installation, connection issues and application troubleshooting. You would be part of an overall support team that will be providing critical customer support. The ideal candidate must be able to handle complex tickets and can communicate effectively with the various stakeholders to include the technical teams, customer and end users.
