About The Position

The Systems Administrator's primary responsibility is to consult with the CIO on the feasibility of system requests, and to assist and train end users with computer-related issues. This role involves maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting various network-based services and applications, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

At least three to five years of related experience in system administrator operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.
Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
Ability to adapt to change.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.
Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.
Ability to act as a team player.
Eligible to legally work in the United States.
Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network-based services: Office 365, Phone System, Meraki, Intune, Service Titan, KnowBe4, CrowdStrike.
Performs general scripting and troubleshooting of systems and applications.
Provide support for escalated end-user technical issues and provide technical assistance for all end-user applications.
Maintains software applications and operating systems, and performs regular maintenance.
Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system.
Support mobile workforce devices, including Android and Apple devices.
Onsite and remote technical support in the Windows Environment.
Implements regularly planned infrastructure refreshes.
Collaborate with the department on special projects and work to remediate vulnerabilities and mitigate risk within systems and applications.
Conduct daily monitoring and maintenance activities in accordance with prescribed protocols to ensure the most effective utilization and performance of the computer systems.
Work with third-party vendors during all levels of implementation of IT projects.
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
