About The Position

The Command-and-Control Center team functions as the central hub for proactive alerting and monitoring of business-critical systems. Additionally, we mitigate the initial impact to our end customers by utilizing strategic levers while ensuring precise and timely communication with key stakeholders and leadership. About the Team: The CCC Retail link team supports 400+ applications within the core site that are used by Walmart suppliers and internal associates to provide real-time access to crucial data like sales, inventory, and customer behavior, enabling them to manage products, optimize supply chains, and make informed decisions about merchandising, pricing, and promotions to align with Walmart's strategies What you'll do... Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using enterprise level tools (Open Observe, Grafana, Catchpoint) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time. Drive and escalate complex IT issues related to the Walmart store, Home Office and Supply Chain areas while providing accurate and timely updates to appropriate leaders. Work closely with IT, development, and business operations teams. Manage team projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Generate reports on system health, incident trends, and KPIs. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. What you'll bring: Coding/Scripting knowledge background is a plus Python, SQL, Java Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) Self-motivated achiever Knowledge on ITIL Framework and Terminologies Flexible and Open to working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts and rotating weeks off including holidays Calm under Pressure Multi-Tasking/Flexibility Demonstrated problem solving capabilities AI knowledge is a plus but not required

Requirements
