Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, friendly communication with both technical and non-technical users
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and security basics
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work with both internal and external clients
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, UBTECH IT Certificate, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software
  • Manage workstations, peripheral devices, IP phones, and headsets
  • Maintain network switches and wireless access points
  • Support audiovisual and printing equipment
  • Perform basic Ethernet cabling
  • Troubleshoot system issues and outages
  • Provide user orientation and ongoing technical guidance
  • Perform file backups and restores
  • Maintain accurate support tickets and documentation
  • Jump in on other IT projects as needed
