The Systems Administrator I is responsible for the overall availability and operation of IT systems during peak usage to ensure maximum uptime while minimizing business impacts. This position provides users with guidance and support by taking ownership of various problem resolutions and acts as a key contact for on-site and remote users for desktop problems and inquiries. Work involves providing technical assistance and support for applications, software, and hardware problems and also assisting with the organization's data security and risk mitigation procedures. Located in downtown Tampa, the 335,000 square-foot Straz Center, one of the largest performing arts complexes in the country, offers a team-based work environment that shows our dedication to the community every day.
