About The Position

This is an onsite role out of Sterling, VA. The expected work schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday. RxAnte is a rapidly growing, tech-enabled healthcare services company focused on improving people's health by helping them get more from medicines. They manage over 30 million lives and are a leading provider of value-based pharmacy care management solutions. In 2019, RxAnte launched Mosaic Pharmacy Service, a subsidiary offering pharmacy and chronic care management for medically complex and vulnerable members, utilizing data, advanced analytics, specialized software, and pharmacy automation. As a Systems Administrator, you will assist in supporting, managing, and maintaining the company's IT systems and users. You will collaborate with senior IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the network, servers, and other IT assets. This position provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment and for developing system administration skills.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or administering Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server environments and client operating systems (Windows and macOS).
  • Familiarity with endpoint management and device provisioning tools (e.g. InTune, SCCM, JAMF, or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency in scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach to user support.
  • Collaborative team player who is approachable, dependable, and eager to support colleagues and shared objectives.
  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to crawl under desks to deploy hardware.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening as a condition of employment.
  • High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience or associate degree in Computer Sciences field.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, ESXi, vSphere, vCenter).
  • Exposure to Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment, setup, ongoing administration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems, including servers, workstations, laptops, and related peripherals.
  • Deliver technical assistance to employees through the internal helpdesk, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise identity and collaboration platforms including Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365, including user lifecycle management, access governance, licensing, conditional access, and MFA.
  • Assist with endpoint provisioning and device management for Windows and macOS systems, leveraging modern management tools, automation, and scripting where appropriate.
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure health and performance to ensure systems remain secure, stable, and highly available.
  • Assist with scheduled and emergency maintenance activities, including monthly server patching and periodic upgrades that may occur outside standard business hours as needed.
  • Participate in scheduled after-hours/weekend on-call support.
  • Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
