About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Systems Administrator/Engineer I to work onsite in San Antonio, TX. Candidate must possess an active Secret clearance. The Systems Administrator/Engineer I will: • Provide customer support in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of computer systems, programs, software, and operations to ensure systems function according to design specifications. • Provide technical support; diagnose and resolve system problems; analyze and document users’ functional and data requirements. • Conduct research and analyze technology information relative to tasking; participate in developing new systems or tailoring commercial products to meet user requirements. • Develop and conduct tests to ensure systems meet documented user requirements. • Develop documentation to describe system requirements and system use. • Analyze and study complex system requirements. • Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses, and manage their implementation. • Manage software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, accepted design techniques, and CASE tools. • Estimate software development costs and schedules. • Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques. • Oversee software configuration management. • Apply specialized experience using interactive, interpretative systems with online, real-time IT engineering capabilities. This position will be mainly remote, but candidate needs to be local and able to attend onsite meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • At least one (1+) years of experience in supporting IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ability to provide user support, document requirements, and assist with resolving routine system or application issues.
  • Basic understanding of system testing, documentation development, and configuration tracking.
  • Ability to support Tier II help desk operations, escalate issues appropriately, and follow established procedures.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems, performing updates, and maintaining system availability under guidance from senior staff.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research technical issues and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow technical direction and support mission requirements.
