WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The System Support Specialist reports directly to the Manager, Service Delivery. This position will provide Edge Device hardware and software support including solving microcomputer operations problems, installation and maintenance of workstations, laptops, docking stations, tablets, smartphones, peripherals, specialized end user technologies, and network components, user support and training, documentation.
