Role Overview As a Senior System Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, launch, and sustain new retail-focused offerings. You’ll be the focal point for program success, driving alignment across engineering, supply chain, and customer experience teams. Your leadership will directly influence HP’s ability to deliver solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Agile methodology, automation, software development
  • New Product Introduction experience preferable with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or Service experience

  • 7–10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in technology or manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Drive program execution from concept through end-of-life, including engineering, supply chain, and service. Lead RFQ and ODM selection processes during planning; execution teams during development and sustaining teams during production.
  • Planning, Execution and Sustaining: Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with Program POR. Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans based on business needs.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements. Integrate continuous improvement and new technologies throughout the lifecycle.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. Resolve cross-functional issues and drive alignment on key decisions.
  • Customer First Mindset: Collaborate with product planning teams to define critical customer experiences. Document and execute plans that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Cost Management: Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to improve margins. Partner with cost and program teams to meet targets.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices: Coach junior team members and promote continuous improvement. Champion documentation control and lifecycle management best practices.
