The System Manager–Clinical Informatics & Training is responsible for planning, implementing, training, and supporting health information technology (HIT) initiatives for clinical colleagues across the System. Works in conjunction with fellow leaders in Information Technology Services (ITS) and operational departments to assure a coordinated approach. Collaborates with clinical and organizational leaders to identify, recommend, design, implement, and support appropriate HIT solutions for the clinical team with respect to multidisciplinary stakeholders. Manages the daily operations and colleagues in the Clinical Informatics department. Throughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin, 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, our 13,000+ colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect, care, competence, and joy.
