About The Position

Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a System Integration Analyst/Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of integrations between our cloud and on-premise business systems. This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and plays a vital role in ensuring seamless data flow and communication across our organization. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a field of study such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical Informatics or equivalent combination of professional training and experience.
  • Broad knowledge of application integration and data flow in complex business environments.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in system integration, data repositories, and clinical or patient record systems.
  • Ability to develop and document technical specifications for new and existing interfaces.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare or hospice operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and optimize integrations between key business systems across Empath Health.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and configure system business rules to meet organizational needs.
  • Research and resolve complex integration and data flow issues requiring creativity and initiative.
  • Develop technical documentation, including data mappings, process diagrams, and interface specifications.
  • Educate and support team members with less technical knowledge to promote understanding and effective use of integrated systems.
