The Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for the assigned database system maintenance, upgrade, and day-to-day operations of various financial, staffing and payroll programs necessary to determine organizational effectiveness. Will use analytical thinking and computer expertise to assist in accurately performing activities that support financial planning, control, staffing, and the payroll operations. Will write requirements for the system and help implement them and monitor their effectiveness. Will be required to perform routine financial/staffing/payroll database statistical reports and design unique reports based on user specifications. Able to analyze and verify database reports before presenting information for management review. Coordinates with all levels of management to gather and prepare various reports used to support financial and operational planning. Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. Leads and/or assists with project assigned. Occasional work beyond regular work hours may be required. Must be able to work and relate in a professional, non-defensive manner with peers, administration, and visitors.
