Serve as the system administrator for assigned applications, IP based CCTV systems, access control platforms, network performance monitoring tools, and other duties as assigned.Provide technical support to end users, coordinate issue resolution with vendors, and manage assigned technical projects. Lead system upgrades and new technology deployments in partnership with external vendors. This position requires 24/7 on call availability. Fully support the mission, goals, and operational objectives of the Information Systems department.
